hello all,

omitted is the wall wart, dc power connector and switch. the wall wart listed in the BOM doesn't seem to be available anymore, are there any confirmed alternatives?

I was wondering if it's possible to run the psu off 24V rather than 36V? or alternatively omit the 15V section and run the R24-150B off a 24V supply and supply the DualCompressor with +/-17V? I have a spare soundcraft cps450/b that I'm using for various bits of outboard and the 24V rail is currently not in use and supposedly has 1.1A on it...

You can use different wall wart voltages if you change some other components like I did here.

I powered up my PSU to check voltages this evening, without A+, B+, or +/-15 hooked up to anything on the other boards. After a few seconds, I got a very audible high frequency whistle. I guess this was oscillation. Could this be because I did not have it connected to a load? The voltages themselves are all reading spot-on, and when I test the Meanwell supply on a different, unrelated PSU (using a very simple LM7824 circuit and a 5v DC-DC converter) it is dead quiet. I don't mind hooking it up to the rest of the circuit if that's going to cure the issue, I just wanted to make sure there isn't something I need to fix first.

One of the DC-DC converters is probably making that noise. It will probably stop when it's connected to load or at least be a lot quieter.
